The J8-94 is built from the same architecture as the J7, utilizing a remarkably high driver density. The J8 is a Synergy Horn™ with an impressive 46 drivers connected to a single horn with 24 1″ compression drivers mated to a fifth-generation high frequency combiner, 10 10″ horn loaded low frequency drivers and 12 6″ horn loaded mid-range drivers. Such power results in excellent response in both magnitude and phase while doing so at astounding output capabilities.
The J8-94 is offered both in a 13 ply Baltic Birch encased in PolyUrea for protection from impact and atmospheric conditions or our EW (Extreme Weather) variant with the ultimate in protection from the elements due to the use of high-density polyurethane panels impregnated with fiberglass fibers in the place of standard plywood. Install and touring versions are equipped with M10 rig points.
Regarding amplification, the J8-94 offers single or dual amp mode utilizing either one or two DNA20K4-Pro amplifiers. This allows the loudspeaker to have a redundancy that operates the loudspeaker if one amplifier ever fails. As an added layer of protection, we include our Sentinel™ high frequency driver protection circuitry. this multistage limiter protects the high frequency drivers in the event of overloads. It is inaudible during normal operation so dynamic range is not compromised.

The SH110 is a 2-way, passive loudspeaker designed as a front fill. The SH110-4 includes 2 x 8″ low-frequency drivers and a 1.4″ exit high frequency compression driver, all mounted within a single 110° x 60° horn. Utilising our patented Synergy Horn™ technology, we uniquely place drivers within the horn in unison with a Synergy crossover network to allow for proper phase alignment between frequency bands. This permits the physically separated bands to combine and emerge from the horn as a single source, greatly reducing off axis distortions in frequency response and allowing for greater clarity at long distances. Furthermore, out of band harmonic distortion is reduced by the use of acoustic low pass filters on the low and mid frequency drivers.

Tom Danley’s Synergy Horn™ fundamentally changed the audio business, as Danley cracked the code of developing horns that are full range, point source loudspeakers that are phase accurate, and consistent in response over the entire coverage angle. This advance allows multiple drivers of different bandwidths into a single horn and makes them behave as a single full range loudspeaker. This technology is present in all our Synergy Horn™ Family. And Danley’s SM family of loudspeakers is simply a smaller, lighter version of our Synergy Horn family. What that means is that SM loudspeakers deliver the same clarity and full range of audio thanks to our proprietary single source technology. And, because of its size and weight, the SM family can provide amazing sound in a wide range of methods.
Due to the large horn mouth, the Danley SM LPM offers substantial directivity with front to back rejection and high gain before feedback. High frequencies are very smooth throughout the coverage pattern and there is no beaming. The SM LPM sets a new benchmark in floor monitor loudspeakers. The Danley Sound Labs OS Family of loudspeakers are built around our rugged thermo-formed molded shell made of high density, high molecular weight polyethylene. This molded shell is highly resistant to impact and is impervious to water. All OS products feature an aluminum multi-stage weather-resistant grill, heavy duty aluminum brackets and stainless hardware throughout.

The OS62 utilizes two of our patented technologies, the Synergy Horn and Paraline Technology, combined into a very compact package to deliver crystal clear audio at very high output levels and cover audiences at extremely long distances.
The mid and high frequencies are delivered via a Neodymium ring-radiator coaxial compression driver (1.4” exit/4.0” voice coil & 1.0” exit/2.5” voice coil) paired with our Paraline Technology. As with all of our patented Synergy Horns the low frequencies share the same horn as the mid and high frequency driver and feature 4 x 8” Neodymium, high output low frequency transducers. The extremely compact Synergy Horn offers a uniform 60° x 20° coverage pattern.
This three-way powerhouse is delivered via a single amplifier channel thanks to our robust Synergy crossovers, this allows for proper phase alignment between frequency bands, permitting the physically separated bands to combine and emerge from the horn as a single source, greatly reducing off axis distortions in frequency response and allowing for greater clarity at long distances. A real problem solver for unique acoustic conditions, the SF1 is a two-way loudspeaker design housing two 8-inch low frequency drivers and a single 1-inch-high frequency compression driver. What helps set this speaker apart is its asymmetrical vertical dispersion, which allows for extremely even coverage.
Driver placement within the horn, in unison with a synergy crossover network, allows for proper phase alignment between frequency bands. This permits the physically separated bands to combine and emerge from the horn in synchrony, greatly reducing off axis distortions in frequency response while also allowing for high amounts of clarity at great distances. Furthermore, out of band harmonic distortion is limited due to the use of acoustic low pass filters. It provides even coverage front to back and nearly 180 degrees wide.
