Wireless Link System: audio across difficult cable routes

An alternative signal path for outdoor venues

An alternative signal path for outdoor venues

Danley introduced its Wireless Link System in 2025 for fixed point-to-point audio delivery. It transmits uncompressed 48 kHz, 24-bit audio and offers single-channel and four-channel transmitter options, with standalone receivers or integration into OS-PWR outdoor amplification. The system is intended for sites where trenching or installing signal cable is difficult, including sports grounds and existing landscaped spaces.

Design considerations

Start with the cable route, local RF conditions, line of sight and receiver power. Manufacturer range tests are not a guarantee for another site. For Australian and New Zealand projects, confirm the regional configuration, suitable antennas and installation requirements before specifying the link. Wireless signal transmission still requires power at the receiving equipment.
